Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) – the highest level of certification a REALTOR® can achieve, similar to a CPA or a CFP.  It requires an additional 92 classroom hours and multiple tests.  It is a designation for those who are serious about their careers, their clients and improving their skills.

 

Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) – this designation requires over 150 transactions or over $1 million dollars in production for each year of service as a Realtor ®, plus additional classroom hours.   Only 37,000 Realtors® nationwide have this designation.

 

Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) – This designation is earned by a REALTOR® who wants the best for his/her Buyer.  It teaches skills, techniques and risk management in representing any Buyer.

 

Certified Go-Giver Coach- I am licensed to teach and coach and material written by Bob Burg, Best Selling Author and International Speaker.  He Co-authored The Go-Giver, authored Endless Referrals, Adversaries into Allies, and It’s Not About You

As an Independent Contractor I create, manage and am accountable for my own business, including marketing, accounting, and adherence to all Federal, State and local real estate laws.  I assist residential Buyers and Sellers in all aspects of buying or selling a house which includes but is not limited to: marketing, photography, inspections, transfer of title, transfer of funds, securing loans, legal, contract writing, problem solving, organizing repairs, negotiation.

As an On Call Broker I am one of 4 Associate Brokers (an agent who has been in the business at least 3 years in a full time capacity, has received an additional 90 classroom hours and passed all school, state and national tests) in the company who takes calls from any agent within our company when they have a real estate question (usually legal) or need help.

I started my career at Banner as a Case Manager Assistant while studying for my Master’s Degree.  My job entailed helping HMO and Employee Assistant Program members in connecting with any behavioral services required, included but not limited to: therapy, emergency and life threating situations, crisis management, claims payment, available benefits, interpretation of benefits, and referrals to counselors or Doctors.

 

After I earned my Master’s Degree I became a Case Manager and was in charge of managing patients and their hospital stays, managing any client who was threating himself/herself or others, coaching and training Employee Assistant Program participant Managers on how to use behavioral techniques as management tools, on site response to crisis situations such as bank robberies and on site employee deaths, assisting providers in claims payments while educating how to code bills appropriately.
